We were very pleased with the work of Everett (Kline) and Diane (Van Ausdall)....Diane came with lots of examples and models to share with the "novice" group. She provided ample materials so that the participants had a clear understanding of her presentation. There was a lot of "aha's"... Everett's work with the "expert" group initiated heavy discussions .... prompting us to redirect our plans for next year.
