Authentic Education Online Courses "Exploring the Essential Questions of Education" How to Sign Up For UbD 101 For Single-User Subscriptions | For Group and School Subscriptions Update August 14, 2008: We will be offering a facilitated version of our online UbD course beginning in the first week of October, ending by mid-December. Cost is just $499 per person. A senior AE consultant will facilitate conversation, respond to queries, provide feedback on designs-in-progress, and share ideas from colleagues around the globe. Name: Email Address: Single-User Subscriptions Step 1: Create an account at the online university. Click here to create a new account at our online university. Choose: "Create New Account." Enter the required information. You choose a username and password for yourself. An email will be sent to you to confirm your registration. Please be sure to provide an email address that will not block the confirmation, and to alert us if you do not receive a confirmation within 10 minutes. Step 2: Enroll in the UbD 101 course. Log into the AE Online university using the username and password you created in Step 1. Once logged in, select "UbD101" from the list of available courses, or enter "UbD101" in the search option. When prompted, please enter your payment information (Visa or Mastercard accepted). Note: If no credit card is available to make this purchase, please contact Lee in our office for other payment methods. You can now begin taking UbD101! For Group and School Subscriptions Step 1: Purchase a group account for the online university. Once a group is ready to purchase a school subscription, you will need to submit your purchase order to us via fax to 609-466-4033, Attn: Lee Shao. We will then provide you with a group subscription key that is good for up to 30 days. During that time, you should urge the members of your group to sign up for the course by following the steps below: Step 2: Each user creates an account at the online university. Click here to create a new account at our online university. Choose: "Create New Account." Enter the required information, including chosing a username and password. Note: your password is not the same as your group subscription key. An email will be sent to confirm the registration (please be sure to provide an email address that will not block the confirmation). Step 3: Each user enrolls in the UbD 101 course using your group subscription key. Log into the university using the username and password created in the previous step. Once logged in, select "UbD101" from the list of available courses, or enter "UbD101" in the search option. When prompted, enter your time-limited group subscription key. The key is used in place of the payment information. No payment on the users part is required, as the group subscription has been prepaid. You are now enrolled with your group in UbD 101.
