Andy Greene is the Principal of Candlewood Middle School in the Half Hollow Hills School District in Dix Hills, NY. He is past president of The Long Island Chapter of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (LIASCD) and is the current president of the Suffolk County Middle Level Principal Association. In addition, he acts as a middle level liaison with the NY State Education Department, and is an adjunct professor at Stony Brook University. Andy also serves as President of the Administrators Association in the Half Hollow Hills School District.

Andy's work in Candlewood Middle School is featured in Grant Wiggins and Jay McTighe's new book titled "Schooling by Design".
