 Nicole Santora

Nicole Santora, Ed.D. is an Administrative Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction for the Freehold Regional High School District in New Jersey. In this role, Nicole's responsibilities include: writing and designing curriculum aligned to the Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards; mapping curriculum; creating and facilitating professional development; implementing PLCs; and aggregating and analyzing student achievement data. Her previous positions include Supervisor of Mathematics and Science K-12, adjunct mathematics professor, and high school mathematics and computer science teacher.

Nicole holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Rowan University, a M.A. in Administration, Supervision, and Curriculum Planning from Georgian Court University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Rowan University. The title of her dissertation is "Formative Assessment: The Implementation of Learnia and the Impact on Students' Proficiency of the New Jersey Mathematics Standards."
