Dr. Stefani Hite is a graduate of the American School in London, Tufts University, and the University of Pennsylvania. After a decade in the marketing industry, Dr. Hite changed careers to become an educator, pursuing an MSEd with Penn's Project START (Student Teachers as Researching Teachers). After several years in the classroom, Dr. Hite returned to Penn's Educational Leadership program to complete doctoral work which involved researching K-12 teacher efforts to implement technology program change. Drawing heavily on the Rand research of the 1970s, her dissertation highlights critical conditions for the success of school initiatives.

Dr. Hite has taught levels from Kindergarten through graduate school, been a school administrator and deputy head of an international school in England. For the past ten years, Dr. Hite has run student international exchange programs and created travel opportunities for middle school groups. In addition, Dr. Hite creates travel-based curriculum for families pursuing around-the-world explorations.

Dr. Hite specializes in supporting schools, districts, professional learning associations, and state departments around educational systemic change initiatives. Her work focuses on building teacher and administrator instructional capacity, fostering a growth culture through professional dialogue, reforming grading practices, and developing curriculum and strategic assessments. Dr. Hite develops interactive workshops and tools to support teachers as they pursue more effective practice, and guides administrators to foster professional growth among the educators they supervise. Dr. Hite creates, manages, and implements leadership sessions designed to engage educators to push their practice in meaningful ways and provides interactive learning opportunities in face-to-face, blended, and online environments.
